Can I walk in for a fitting?
As of right now, we operate on an appointment only basis. You can always call us before hand and we can do our best to accommodate a last minute visit. . Keep in mind— There may be a client appointment after you so your punctuality is greatly appreciated. We are working on providing walk in services - follow us on Instagram for updates!
Can I come in early?
Since we are by appointment only - we ask you to arrive at your exact scheduled time/day. We appreciate punctuality but also want to respect the fitting time of the present clients. Fittings are a private experience for each client and can also be vulnerable experience for some. Our studio is closed daily from 2:30 - 3:30 pm for lunch. At this time clients are not permitted to enter. We appreciate your understanding!
Before I visit, can you provide a pricing or estimate?
Not all garments are created alike! We will need to see the physical clothing item to examine the construction, fabric, and any special treatments. Also, depending on your desired fit or complexity of services is a determining factor in our pricing. All services are à la carte and an invoice will be provided listing all pricing and the work description. The above price list states our starting prices which represent basic construction, seam length at its shortest, and simple fabrications. We do provide options for all budgets - just ask! We provide fine tailoring and a private fitting experience - we appreciate your consideration for our knowledge and safe studio space.
You are still welcome to email us (or use the form above) and we can give a ball park figure on some garments - but always best to visit our studio.
Will I be charged an appointment fee?
We offer studio style tailoring services which entail private consultations so we can focus on your fit needs. Being a fair wage shop we pride ourselves on quality and sustainability for a better future for you (and your clothes!) Our standard Consultations are free as long as you show up and we are able to service your garments. You will not be charged if we are unable to complete your services or deadline. Appointment fees cover time spent providing our fitting time and expertise. Mending/Repair appointments will only be charged if no show or late cancel/reschedule.
How do I cancel/reschedule my appointment?
You can manage your appointment through your appointment confirmation email. This includes cancelling and rescheduling. You can only do so no later than 6 hours before your appointment. Any rescheduling/cancellations under 24 hours is subject to a $10 fee for all appointment types.

ONCE I DROP OFF, WHEN WILL MY GARMENT(S) BE READY?

Our current turnaround time for casuals is 3-4 days for basic hems/mends to 2-4 weeks being for multiple garments/complex services), 2-6 weeks for special occasion (including but not limited to bridesmaid dresses, evening dresses and suiting). Turnaround times also depend on the amount of labor and garments to be serviced. Basic services that are provided in less than a week including but not limited to pant hems (1-2 pairs), strap adjustments, mends, and small jobs may be done at the time of your appointment (buttons and seam repairs).
All services can be met to your deadline outside of our turnaround times with our rush services. Once you fill out our appointment form you will be able to indicate a date you need your garment(s) by. Most turnarounds can be met but will accrue a rush fee if it falls outside our noted turnaround times.
Please note - NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS - we are a fair wage shop and work is honored by our boutique experience and our top notch quality tailoring. REVISIONS are not free - Consultation time is taken to confirm fit and execution. Change of mind will accrue an additional cost for labor.

NEED to reschedule your appointment?
In your confirmation email, scroll down to the footer. You can select the “Reschedule” action button and choose another date/time. Please note pickups cannot be scheduled any earlier than your initial pick up time scheduled at your consultation.
What is considered a rush job?
Anything under the noted turnaround times for alterations (incrementally increases depending on the date needed by) and 8 weeks for cut/sew. Rush fees are set in order to pay for the added work hours in timeline.
Same day service is also provided for a fee if time permits. Please call if you need same day service.
Do you provide drop off delivery?
Yes, we provide home or office visits for an additional fee of $50 pick up or drop off.
Custom Cut/Sew Projects
Our cut and sew services are estimated per project basis and are subject to hourly fees. This includes fees for shopping and consultation. Please email us for a custom quote and booking.
